Sunday = Ride day, even if it means a short one. Such a ride was to Sinhagad Fort this Sunday. Tarun got his KTM 390 Adventure on Friday, and that was another reason to ride to the mountain top.
Roads to the fort have not been in good condition for a very long time, and last year they were under repair. But to my surprise, the road work is now complete and actually concrete all the way to the top. Although I must admit that right at the top the concrete is not very smooth and the bike bounces a lot So you have to be careful while riding the winding roads.
On the way back we stopped at the Khadakwasla dam to click some pics. We need to make sure the Instagram pages are always lit. And just to make the ride a bit longer, I chose to ride through the highway back rather than the shorter one through the city.
All in all another great ride.
