A 350KM circuit through some good and patchy roads. Pune - Satara is mainly highway. and then you go through Kaas Plateau Beautiful freshly laid tarmac winding roads thorugh the ghat section.
Once you cross that, the section from Kaas to Bamnoli is the patchy bit. once you cross tapola towards mahabaleshwar, the roads are narrow but in good condition. Keep an eye for oncoming traffic on blind corners. The rest of the section is Mahabelshwar - Panchgani- wai - Pune which is people's regular route. overall a great one, especially after monsoons to enjoy beautiful ghat views and waterfalls.
