Some destinations throw a challenge both to the bike and the biker. Ahupe ghat is one such destination.
The route throws everything at you, including city traffic, potholes, gravel, mud, animal dung, sand, water, narrow blind turns, dense vegetation, and right at the end - no road at all. We ran out of road and had to take our bikes off-road to reach the edge of the cliff. It was worth it at the end, cause the sights along the way and at the cliff edge were simply breathtaking. The experience we gained was well worth the sore bums we obtained.
